Wonderful

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond for the guests. They work so extremely hard to ensure that guests are happy and satisfied. The food is incredible and it is very organized. The facilities were also great. There is a wonderful gym. The pool is very clean and there was never a problem finding a place to sit.

Parking needs to be better. If you don't get there hours in advance before check in, you will not find a spot.

Comfortable room with a beautiful view (rooms with a pool view)

We have chosen this hotel because of the view from the balcony and it´s location. It is situated near everything you need (restaurants, beach, shopping streets, shoppig malls and so on). The building is not so new, but the room was comfortable. We were satisfied, because we have chosen this location. There were comfortable sunbeds near the pool, and the beach is not far away (all of the beaches in Eilat are free of charge). The breakfast was good, but for some reason there were not any meat dishes at all. Cleaning staff on the 6-th floor was good, and it was quite clean everywhere in the hotel. We liked this hotel and we can suggest it to other tarvellers.

May be the price. As well, as the fact, that the hotel made a reservation for the same amount 1300 € from our credit card, as we already paid in the hotel. And nobody couldn´t explain us what it was (was it like double payment or just a reservation). However, we had to wait 3 weeks before we have gor our money back.

A very rich breakfast, friendly staff.Had a bigger room than expected.A small gift on behalf the hotel for my birthday was left in the room before check-in .

Very polite staff, quickly responded to requests, friendly, beautiful lobby, pool, view from the lounge on the 12th floor, the food is great, the choice is huge, Cafe Royal in-1 floor really good overlooking the pier. Spa and gym available, in the spa a little overpriced, but they doing great. Plenty of amenities next to the pool. Restaurant, cafe next to the pool. We don't have children, but the play area is also vast, a basketball court, ping-pong - entertainment as a sport.

The hotel is comfortable, but upset by the noise, it comes from the ventilation, the exit from which is on the street, the balcony, if open, is very noisy, plus the sound from the bridge when cars are passing through it. And too low ceilings in the corridors to the rooms- Create a feeling of a dark gloomy place. Room was small, and very ordinary bathroom. Old doors to the rooms, Something, somewhere peeled off, somewhere paint(in the bath), somewhere a little wall covering not so perfect(near the doors), this may not be striking, but in general the view is not at all amazing and in my opinion this is not 5 stars. My boyfriend was really surprised when he heard that this is the 5th hotel. Rest of the things was pretty good. Oh yes. Parking area is really really small. And we were on the king floor, but it wasn't any special.

NO PARKING!!! The site said free parking, but for a hotel with hundreds of rooms, there were only a dozen spots that suspiciously were always occupied by the same cars.

The food! Insane amounts of great quality food.

The fact that many people “reserve” spots by the pool by leaving personal items and eventually show up hours later. It’s impossible to find a chair if you show up at 9am even though hardly any people are physically there. The hotel should implement an official reservation system so that everyone gets a chance to relax by the pool.

There is not enough parking places for so many rooms. They are sending you to a non safe parking area and you should come and go during hot season. At the huge amount we pay they should arrange a normal parking spot

Could be better! They have to improve the stuff behaviour!

The location is comfortable, near the IceMall. The breakfast is various and delicious.

I didn’t like the irrespective attitude and a rude approach of the swimming guard Jamal. So nasty and impolite. He tried to conduct a swimming test to my kids although I told him they can swim perfectly. He yelled at me that I am an irresponsible mom. I had to complain to the manager to stop him . Such a disappointing experience!
